I discovered new trend for exercise. Do you want do yoga or plates while you float on water? It is a High-Intensity Workout on water. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the scientifically verified way to burn hundreds of calories in a minimum time, by exercising in short rounds. This exercise trend called Aquaphysical and is performed on an inflatable mat. It is made of high resistant PVC material and inflates to be hard as a surfboard.
The workout is meant to improve muscle strength and balance.

Balancing is most challenging for this exercise. If you make a wrong move, you can find yourself in the water (Who doesn't want a nice splash sometimes?). You can do this in an indoor pool, outside pool or garden pond.
A woman named Leila Francis Coleman is behind Aquaphysical. The 27-year-old businesswoman resigned her job as a business analyst to shift to a fitness trainer. She came up with the idea of floating exercise mat after spending her youth sailing because her muscles ached after she spent her a day on the water. Her muscles would work out enough to be firm from past time. Exercising on board works your core and raises your heart rate. As your base is weak, your muscles have to work much harder to maintain balance. The muscles used in these exercises (the abdomen and hips) are areas some other workouts tend to neglect. Trying to keep balance works muscles at a deeper level than a real aerobic workout that targets superficial muscles such as biceps. If you exercise your core, your entire body benefits because you're building internal strength.
